The Speed camera at Prestonbrook on the A57 at Runcorn (Near Roadworkers compound) IF you trigger the camera you have a GREAT CHANCE of getting a letter in the post from Northwich police saying your being taken to court,for not declaring who was driving PLUS the speeding offence.
My boss at got the SAME letter I got she went to court they dropped the speeding but she got £400. fine for failling to declare. I went to court and got 3pnts but they dropped my failling to declare I got £165. fine, for doing 35 in a 30 at 04.15 AM. SO THEY SAID....
OH AND WE'RE NOT THE ONLY ONES, THEY WAIT 3MONTHS BEFORE SENDING LETTERS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
